Declan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years Practice experience within the audit and compliance industry for both Public and Private companies .

Prior to setting up Ecovis, Declan was with a Big Four firm where he was Audit Manager with their Commercial Enterprises Team. He has made contributions towards articles with the Sunday Times and The Examiner Business section.

Sector experience

Declan provides accounting advice to board and audit committee members and senior finance executives of large private and regulated companies. He has been involved in the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) conversions of several private companies across many Industry sectors. He also has extensive experience of providing accounting advice relating to business combinations, group restructurings and business turnaround strategies within the following industries:
