ECOVIS Ireland Merges with
NKC Business & Taxation Consultants and Carney Walsh & Company
ECOVIS Ireland today announced it will merge with two Dublin based firms, NKC Business & Taxation Consultants (NKC) and Carney Walsh & Company (Carney Walsh).
The deal increases ECOVIS Ireland’s working team to more than 120 and broadens its capabilities across audit, tax, advisory, and accountancy services. The enlarged firm will support a growing client base ranging from SMEs and family-owned businesses to larger domestic and international organisations.
It forms part of ECOVIS Ireland’s wider growth strategy to build a modern, technology-enabled advisory practice.
NKC brings an established team of professional advisors with expertise in financial reporting, audit and tax advisory services, alongside a strong focus on technology- led efficiencies and data driven client support. NKC has itself acquired several firms since its 1998 inception and has a diverse range of longstanding domestic and international clients.
Carney Walsh & Company contributes more than 70 years of combined audit and client advisory experience. Formed in 2002 through the merger of two established Dublin accountancy practices, the firm has developed long-standing client relationships through a partner-led advisory model focused on high-quality, personalised service.
