Andrew Feighery

Andrew Feighery is a Tax Partner and Head of Tax at ECOVIS.

He has a broad advisory practice, working across a diverse range of sectors, with
deep specialisms in family and owner managed businesses (including wealth
protection and transference of wealth over time), property and related financing
activities and inbound/onward investment structures.

Andrew also has particular expertise advising on Irish Revenue interventions and
specialises in strategic tax planning across multiple tax heads and represents clients
before the Tax Appeals Commission and the Superior Courts. Andrew has also
acted as an expert witness in multiple tax related proceedings before the Superior
Courts and has acted as a Mediator in several complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining ECOVIS, Andrew was a Tax Partner and Head of Compliance in
ByrneWallace Tax Advisors Limited having previously held the government
appointed position of Tax Appeals Commissioner where he managed and
adjudicated upon numerous taxation appeals across all tax heads,
Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the Irish
Taxation Institute and a qualified Barrister in Ireland, the UK and Northern Ireland.
