Rajni also leads our outsourced payroll division, navigating the complexities of Irish and UK legislation with precision. From managing multi-jurisdictional shadow payrolls to providing expert WRC representation, she is dedicated to reducing compliance risk and ensuring operational excellence. By leveraging technology like Xero, Brightbooks and Sage, Rajni delivers the real-time insights necessary for informed, data-driven decision-making.
